A.  Yes MPK Cleaning Services are fully mobile we come to your home or workplace or wherever you maybe.

Q.  Do I need to supply power & water?

A.  MPK Cleaning Services can provide own power & water if needed.

Q.  Are MPK Cleaning Services insured?

A.  Yes MPK Cleaning Services are insured.

Q.  I need my car detailed but not sure what to ask on a particular service I need?

A.  No need to feel intimidated when asking a question over the phone as MPK Cleaning services will help by asking questions to the customer on what areas of concern they may have to help and assist you in getting what you want you as the customer that suits your needs and budget like you may want a wash & vacuum to a full detail including a polish or interior shampoo we are very happy to help and like to give friendly advice & service, This applies to your window cleaning needs as well.

Q.  I need a reliable service?

A.  MPK Cleaning Services are very aware that time is important to our customers so we endeavour to be as prompt and stick to a booking if we should be detained in any way we will ring ahead to inform our customers that we maybe late though we make sure that we are always on time for an appointment.

Q.  I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

A. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you need to inform us by ringing in advance as late cancellations under 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee this to help run our business more smoothly and to be fair to all our customers we will fit in around your schedule the best we can and are happy to reschedule your appointment at a later date.

Q. Am I getting value for money?

A. We understand the economic climate of todays world and we like to offer value for money with our services not just to be cheap as we pride ourselves on the quality of work we provide and we base our prices on an estimate time to complete tasks and what service is to be provided and we cater to all budgets for our services we provide do not be afraid to ask if we can do a package to suit your budget we more then happy to help.

Q. What payment method do you accept?

A. We accept Cash, eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, EFT & Cheques. note: EFT is available to regular customers other methods only for first time customers.

Q. Do you use quality cleaning/detailing products?

A. We source our products from our suppliers such as Autosmart Australia, Easygleam  products, Car care products & other various suppliers to get the best available products mostly in bulk quantities that give the best results possible for the task and cost effective to keep our prices reasonable.

Q. Are MPK Cleaning Services able to provide MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheets) ?

A. Yes we can supply an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) on request on products that are available with one if you require more information.
